Since my tenants have never met me, I am going to create a fictional character for myself, known as “The Swede”. I am very large and imposing. There are many scary rumors of The Swede. Tenants should pay promptly, or else they may anger the Swede.
Every day turns out to be an incredible learning experience when it comes to managing this new business venture.
